Roofering is a mobile application that provides satellite imagery, 3D models, street views, and measurements for UK properties. The service is designed to help roofing professionals assess properties remotely.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the App only for:

Lawful purposes
Professional property assessment
Personal reference and quoting

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
Use the App to harass, stalk, or harm others
Redistribute or resell data obtained from the App
Use automated systems to access the App

4. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate information, measurements and data provided by Roofering are estimates derived from satellite imagery and mapping data. They should not be used as the sole basis for final specifications or contractual agreements.

Important: Always verify measurements on-site before finalising quotes or contracts. Roofering data is intended for preliminary assessment only.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Roofering and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Satellite imagery, map data, and street views are provided by third-party providers and are subject to their respective terms of use.

6. Free Trial Period

During our launch period, Roofering is available free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid subscription plans in the future. Users who join during the free launch period will be notified of any changes to pricing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roofering shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from reliance on measurements or data provided by the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
